The Euharlee Historical Society is a non-profit organization comprised of individuals who are interested in preserving and sharing Euharlee's history.
Since its founding, EHS has operated the Euharlee History Museum, published two Euharlee History and Heritage books, funded scholarships for local college students studying history, in honor of the society's founder, Mary Ellen Taff, and more. Additionally, the Society completes a preservation project each year.
Each October come join us for a stroll through the past, on our Ghost Walk, a tour of Euharlee's historic downtown to meet interesting people from Euharlee's past. The tour starts at the Museum and travels past the cemeteries & churches into downtown concluding at the library for refreshments.
The annual membership dues for EHS are $12. To join, click on the button below or call 770-607-2017 or send an email to euharleehistoricalsociety@gmail.com. All donations to the Society are tax-deductible.
